Rosie’s Boutique is a little dream of mine that is coming true!
The shop is located in Cabaret (15 minutes from my home) on the Route National 1 in Haiti. We sell 100% Haitian made goods from local artists and projects. Rosie’s is named in honor of my goddaughter who passed away unexpectedly from a respiratory infection at the age of 13 months. I’m humbled to be living out this dream in honor of her.
The goal of this business is to create more jobs, promote the beautiful work that is already happening in Haiti and make a profit that will support my family and the community.
We raising money for the expansion of Rosie’s Boutique. There’s a piece of property that sits next to our current store and we envision a larger retail space, a kitchen for Salsa Sisters and a cafe on the second story. This expansion will allow us to grow and purchase more products made by Haitians and potentially hire many more Haitians.
The price of the land is $17,000 and we expect the expansion building will cost $35,000
If you would like to hear more about this expansion project, email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
